Call for Artists – Ten Tiny Dances®

Ten Tiny Dances® is an innovative event featuring movement pieces choreographed specifically for a 4×4 foot performance space . New Vision Dance Co. is thrilled to produce Ten Tiny Dances® at the fifth annual New Albany Dance Festival. Ten Tiny Dances® was created in Portland, Oregon in 2002 and continues to be produced by founder Mike Barber and others, with permission. Please see www.tentinydances.org for more information.

Pieces cannot be longer than four minutes, and choreography must remain within the confines of the 4×4 space. The deadline for submissions is June 1st. Submissions will be reviewed, and performers will be selected for the shows on Tuesday, July 21st. Each artist selected will get an equal share of the proceeds of that show split amongst the ten performing groups along with the founder of Ten Tiny Dances®.

Participants will be contacted via email after the submission due date. Make sure to check your spam folder in case the email is marked as spam.
